ReplyDeleteI'm just watching how much I eat and being active. I trade off doing P90 and yoga and we walk the dogs just about every night. I've been making smarter food choices. I've cut out french fries entirely and I cook with whole foods, which helps. Mostly, I'm just trying to get back to where I was before I got pregnant. I was playing co-ed soccer on a league up until I found out and I would like to get back to that eventually. I'm happy to have the weight come off gradually. I don't do diets because I won't stick to them and I want to lose the weight healthily so I am making small changes that I can commit to. I'm sure I'll get back to my pre-baby weight and just get pregnant again! Isn't that how it always works? Haha.
